LPW - Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, 32mm, 18K gold and dark blue guilloche enamel original Vacheron & Constantin HC with front having a large central rose cut diamond surrounded by 21 smaller diamonds, rear with central diamond surrounded by 9 smaller diamonds, signed gold cuvette bearing attributes, white enamel dial, KWKS, cylinder escapement, 10J, gilt mvt, s#118264 to cuvette. Comes with a matched 18K gold and dark blue guilloche enamel wings form pin having a central diamond and 16 smaller diamonds along wings. Gross weight of assembled watch and pin together 22.1 dwt (34.3 g). An exquisitely beautiful watch and pin combination.
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, excellent cosmetic mvt condition overall, few micro-fine scratches, some mild ultra-fine scratch striations in areas possibly from a past light wiping; dial flawless in visible portion; nearly mint hands; case shows very little wear, cuvette with fine scratches from past key slips, no dents or dings, excellent engraving detail, guilloche enamel is fully present, guilloche enamel with short scratch at lower-right of rear and few mild fine scratches elsewhere, inset diamonds are all present though a single surrounding diamond at lower-left of front has yellowed glue excess around its seat, front lift spring allows lid to tilt back a bit toward closed; tight bow, push shows very little wear; good glass crystal. Pin in nearly mint cosmetic condition overall showing very little wear, guilloche enamel virtually fully present with only a tiny flake to lower edge of left wing, all diamonds present.
